We bill directly to SOME extended healthcare insurers (insurance coverages). We specifically, DO NOT bill WSIB (workers compensation) or MVA (auto insurance).
Please check with your treating practitioner when booking, if direct billing is needed.
We can offer suggestions to alternative clinics for such care, if needed.

We ask you please, always, be familiar with your personal insurance plan and its limitations prior to each appointment.
If a technical error happens to arise, you will be responsible for payment.

For payment we accept, most insurance coverages, cash, e-transfer, credit & debit cards. (If your treating practitioner does not accept one or more of the above methods of payment, you will be notified prior to your scheduled appointment).

Our hours of operation depend solely on the schedules of the individual practitioners. Please refer to their individual booking pages to reference their availability. If you do not see the time/day you are looking for, be sure to add your name and contact information to the waitlist (located in our individual booking links). We will be sure to do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
